The place is ok I guess for the price. Rooms are quite small. There was almost no space to layout the luggage. There is a small bar/coffee shop in the lobby but it’s hardly ever manned. Breakfast was just ok. Location is great and very close to shops and restaurants in Dotonburi. I will not stay here again though.

Excellent hotel, staff were incredibly helpful when I needed to forward my bags to the next hotel. Rooms are large and spacious and very close to Universal and shops would definitely stay again.

The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. I gave it 2 stars, and I have stayed in 3-star hotels before that were still much cleaner than this one. There was also a very strong cooking smell as soon as we walked into the room, which suggests that many guests cook in the room and that the kitchen has not been cleaned properly. There was dust around the edges of most areas, and the utensils were dirty, so we had to hand wash everything before using them. The beds were also very uncomfortable, which I often find to be the case with accommodations that include kitchen facilities. On the positive side, the washing machine was very useful and convenient. Most of the front desk staff are non-Japanese so everyone can communicate very well in English.

This is so nice and clean, and convenient to go around Osaka area. Staffs are very helpful and nice.

Good location with easy access to the railway network. Also very close to Osaka Castle.

The hotel located right next to Parks Namba shopping area and pretty close to Nankai Namba station. The staffs were super helpful and friendly. I upgraded to the Club level room, and it came with the club lounge access which includes breakfast, afternoon snacks and light dinner (sushi)/ Alcohol ( champagne and wine). It was definitely a pleasant surprise! I throughly enjoyed it! The room has huge windows with gorgeous view of Osaka and super clean. Loved it! Only negative thing was super tiny toilet room ( no hand soap, had to take one of body washer from the shower) which is opposite side of the rest of bathroom ( shower, tub and sink) It was so small and almost impossible to use a tiny sink in that cramped space to wash your hands. I'm not a big person, so be prepared to use a small toilet room. Maybe different room has a different setup, but I can only speak for the room I stayed. Overall, I had a great experience! The staff made everything better, extremely professional staffs. Thank you.

The hotel is in a very central and accessible area being connected to the Namba station, Takashimaya department store and many other shops. We booked the Waon suite and it was very nice with a really great showering area. The staff is helpful and attentive. Breakfast is quite good with a large selection and Ina gorgeous location on the 36th floor. We are coming back here in December ! Also lots of restaurants on site but we didn’t try any of them.

Had to upgrade room as the default allocation was too small for 2 travellers wuth bags.
