「Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is super organize and staff are highly professional. Services was exceptional. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Dinner experience was also highly rated. Only attention needed would be the cleanliness of the room. We found a few hairs on the floor & in the bathroom when we first went into the room.」

「Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, Family friendly .」

「great location directly above the major train station. very quiet though due to good sound insulation. rooms are typically tiny but well maintained and clean. hot spring has no special water but the view from the 12F is breathtaking and the facility is great. only negative thing was the AC which was much too loud. we're living in the tropics and always sleep with AC on, but this one we had to turn off.」

「- plenty of spacious parking places - modern facilities - super clean - very quiet - great location as restaurants are walking distance away」

「Very good」

「Very nice onsen with sea view」
