LOVED this hotel! It was so spacious and CLEAN! My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights and I wish it was longer. It lacks the amenities of a larger hotel but we were able to get breakfast at 7/11 and ubereats and still saved a ton of money. We stayed at 4 hotels during our Japan trip and this is the hotel where everyone slept like a dream! This was the best experience!

This was our first trip to Japan for me and my 2 kids (13 and 16 year olds). Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. There was a 7-11 close by which was very handy so we could stock our fridge with onigiri and snacks. The toaster in the room was great for breakfast goodies. Room was very comfortable and clean. There wasn't a lot of moving room which didn't bother us but made opening suitcases tricky. Hotel was about 16 mins walk to Kyoto Station which doesn't sound bad but tiring after being out all day. There are bus stops close to it though.

We loved our stay here. Front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. Hotel is beautiful. Location is amazing.

There are a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel and the airport bus terminal is next to it which is very convenient. Metro station is connected to the hotel with underground walkway. A lot of shopping areas are in walking distance. Room is clean although design is a bit old fashioned. Staff was very helpful when we needed help with transportation to the airport. Overall we are very satisfactory and recommended to stay again.

The stand out about this hotel is the people. Everything with the property is excellent. But a hotel is about people. The people that care for you here are so lovely and warm that they feel more like family. You really look forward to seeing them every day and engaging them on the traditions and culture of Japan.
