Very clean room with nice amenities. Bed is decent comfortable but pillows just a tad uncomfortable for me. Love how spacious the room is for Japan standard. Nice view too.

Kansai Airport Washington Hotel
Staff was really helpful and room was spotless. Breakfast had lots of choices and was very good. Shuttle to and from KIX was convenient. Would not hesitate to stay again.

I was very disappointed with the limited airport shuttle, which only operates in the morning and ends service at 11 AM. 大人数で宿泊できる施設が少なく、こちらを選びましたが、BBQの設備だけでなくプールやジャグジーもあり、1日中楽しく過ごすことができました。 用意してあるアメニティや電子機器の案内などあると良かったかなと思います。
