Their support and professionalism were truly outstanding. I had a very positive experience staying at Pan Pacific Xiamen. The staff were attentive and responsive throughout my stay, and the housekeeping team was both polite and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised when they decorated my room with birthday decorations and treated me to a slice of birthday cake. I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay so pleasant and enjoyable.

Beautiful resort like hotel with great staff and service. It wasn't very busy during our stay, which made it seemed a bit weird but at the same time we appreciated the sereneness and peacefulness of the place. Welcome fruits and housekeeping was top notch.
