South East England Ski Vacations

We had a great stay overall. We had a twin bed room — the room was a bit small overall still really nice aesthetically. Air conditioning was a bit hard to manage as it wouldn’t drop when we adjusted it before bed leading to waking up in night sweats since the only bedding they provide was comforters. We got to visit the sky bar once but they are only opened on certain days which was a bummer. Staff was nice, they provide water and cookies on the reception floor that you can refill with a cup.. I do wish the room had water instead, we opted for a convenient store around the corner.

The personnel was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Paolo even helped us with our luggage and provided ice personally at our request. Extremely happy. If we’re in the area again, we made sure to consider them again

AC was not working. A fan was provided and windows opened which is not great when you are a few hundred metres from Heathrow runway. Staff were friendly. Room, other than heat, was comfortable.

Room was OK and room service was OK. Some of the items for the breakfast were either cold or stale. Edible but not ideal. Shuttle to Heathrow is very convenient.
