Great daily breakfast, very clean+beautiful hotel and room, upscale feeling. Reception provided a free wall outlet converter. Really fantastic. My reason for a lower score were circumstantial incidents: I was woken up by a crying baby throughout the night and you can hear easily through adjoining room doors. My room’s phone would not stop ringing every now and then, with no one on the other line.

Great stuff, amazing service

Incredible hotel in the heart of Sentosa. Food at all restaurants surpassed expectation with the exception of breakfast which lacked ambience and service. Rooms are well appointed, modern with exceptional bedding. Missing some ammenities and service but i would expect this is due to the villa style of villa rooms.

Solid hotel — not super luxurious or the latest, but clearly was at one point. I found everything to be decent, clean, as needed. Minor things - reception staff when I arrived could have been possibly slightly more helpful in giving basic info and answering questions. In room dining option are limited and nothing in the fridge / no snacks - a pain when jet lagged and hungry at 3am. Buffet breakfast is good - albeit overpriced as most are and busy. It wasn’t quite the Singapore experience I recall from ~20 years ago of being greeted with a glass of ice water and being waited on - perhaps just a different era now.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed me. The room was fantastic spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The shower was absolutely brilliant, one of the best I’ve experienced in any hotel. The check-in staff were amazing: warm, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable about Singapore, which made me feel instantly at home. On the reception level, there’s even a robot coffee machine that adds a fun, modern touch to the experience a small detail, but one that shows how thoughtfully the hotel blends style with innovation. The sky bar and infinity pool are top notch, offering stunning views and a great atmosphere. I’ve stayed at Marina Bay before, and yes, that’s bigger, but COMO Metropolitan really holds its own. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a retreat. Overall, this was a brilliant stay. Stylish rooms, superb service, and thoughtful extras made it memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, character, and a great base in Singapore.
