"Staff was very helpful and hotel is central to city. The rooms were just ok. Very basic room, with basic amenities. Room was not very clean especially the bathrooms."

"Complimentary extended stay after check out time. Pool regulation should be carried out as people were jumping into the pool with normal clothing which is very unhygienic. New weights machines require in the gym. Breakfast people standing eating and drinking by the buffet. Foodstuff on the chairs and floor in salt and pepper restaurant."

"My room was downgraded but not discounted. The manager said we do not have more room for what you booked. This once a luxury hotel is badly managed these days, cleaning does not have enough people so at 4 PM your room is still not cleaned and tidiness generally failing having hair in the bathroom and white towels being yellow . I like the location being of a part of a mall, however my loyalty is over. For such money you can do much better in Singapore! "

"Enjoyed our stay at Owen House. Laundry facilities could be upgraded as irons needed bases cleaned. Room was clean. Tea/coffee satchets were minimal in room. Also, no spare toilet rolls and we were staying a week...had to ask a few times for extras. Otherwise, it is situated in a great spot close to transport, and having City Square Mall a 3 min walk away was so handy . Recommend"
