The hotel is located in Umeda area but it is super close to umeda/Osaka station. If travelling from airport, it's better to take airport limousine bus to Herbis Plaza. The hotel has many rooms and there is a long wait to check in at 3pm.

Excellent experience of the service and the environment of the hotel. However, there are some little issues was found in the room but can be resolved quickly by the staff.
There is 2-3 mins walking time from subway station or bus stop, it is extremely convenience for the transportation.
