Our room was surprisingly spacious and spotless—definitely one of the cleanest and largest rooms we've experienced in Tokyo. A huge thank you to the helpful staff who made us feel so welcome. It was a perfect stay from start to finish

What a treat! This hotel is luxurious without the attitude. The rooms were huge. The bath room was a spa-complete with a large soaking tub and Byredo bath products. The staff were lovely. Particularly the gentleman at the entrance. He was wonderful!
