除了M线地铁走路8分钟，其他去哪都不是很近，空间非常狭小，空调和空气过滤器出风口都能看到很多很多灰在里面。楼下的寄存行李拿的时候发现其中一个锁其实完全无用，好在行李没有丢失。最重点进屋子拖鞋后踩到地上一块指甲，可见清洁度很不理想。

酒店交通方便，房間空間大，近環球影城，自助早餐不錯。

Staffs are very nice and helpful. Room is very clean and perfect.

地點很方便，但清潔度不足，枕頭跟被鋪有頭油臭味，彷彿很久沒有換，洗手間很暗。另外在新地區，不適合獨遊女士。

員工服務周到，但酒店的冷氣不能自動調校，空氣不流通，房間侷促，很熱，要求職員解決，但因冷氣系統太舊未能改善，只能安排風扇。 酒店大，房間也算寬敞，但比較舊。另在地庫停車場泊車後，上落不太方便。 整體各方面一般。

距離京都車站走路有點距離，但公車算方便，附近很安靜。房間大小不錯，但與同集團東京的分館比起來就比較差，且也沒附早餐。
