房間大，酒店環境好。地點方便。泊車車位充足。有接駁車往來酒店與京都站。早餐有兩餐廳選擇。食物美味，款式多。

Excellent experience of the service and the environment of the hotel. However, there are some little issues was found in the room but can be resolved quickly by the staff. There is 2-3 mins walking time from subway station or bus stop, it is extremely convenience for the transportation.

不是5顆星酒店、所以應對慢、死板。今天又要入住、希望應對得體。樓層景觀都能安排就好

地點方便 jr站出來就幾分鐘就到。酒店旁邊也有 很多便利店。 酒店內有大量免費娛樂設施和餐飲，可以在酒店中玩一整天。

這真是我心目中在京都旅遊最理想的飯店,房間靜謐優雅,寬廣舒適,備品齊全又有品味,連賞櫻時節住宿,飯店還提供面膜,痠痛舒緩貼以及保濕泡澡乳,真是貼心極了 員工親切貼心,服務周到 早餐也很新鮮可口,樣樣精巧,酒店的甜點也很美味 尤其飯店的位置非常優,到京都御苑只要步行5分鐘,每天光是到京都御苑散步都非常超值,飯店接駁車也很順,到哪裡況都很方便,下次到京都還要再入住

員工服務態度熱誠有禮殷勤，仲好細心添，酒店設有管家服務，24小時滿足客人要求，非常貼心，房間環境舒適寜靜，

No dining choice in nearby location, however, there are high quality choice in the hotel. Highly recommended.

Nice place to take break,

Super convenience in terms of transportation, shopping, restaurants. It is very close to JR station and subway. The staff is nice and helpful. They always keep smiling. Room is clean. Definitely it is my first choice whenever staying at Osaka.
