Air conditioner was broken at midnight. The staff arranged another room for us to rest. The response was acceptable, but the facility should be maintained properly to prevent this situation from happening.

Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing. The worst is our luggage wasn't locked and was placed right next to the main entrance of the hotel, where everyone can get past them. We wonder who would be responsible if our valuables went missing. We felt like we were being kicked out and this act was really disrespectful to us.

Service leaves you to believe you’re staying at a hostel. Dinner was okay, selection is very poor, bring your own wine… Lunch is a disaster, food comes whenever staff feels like working.
