We stayed in this hotel for 7 days and was satisfied by its proximity to a managed beach with beautiful scene of Antong islands. We played kayaking (free of charge) near the beach and the water was crystal clear and cool. The setting of the pool and pool-side restaurant are comfortable to use. This hotel is generous to provide executive invited complimentary drinks (as much as you can drink) on every friday night.
The size of the room is smaller than expected with not very luxurious toilet bathroom though it was comfortable.
The spa service is an average but the price is a bargain as we were given a promotional offer.
One drawback is the hotel management, especially the billing. Guests are advice to check their bill twice before paying.

The hygiene of the breakfast buffet is not up to 5 star standards, and the choice are very limited.
The beach are so beautiful and generally the facilities are good, yet the kids club closed at 6pm is not convenient to family with kids.
Staff at the front desk are very nice, however staffs working in F&B outlets are impolitely or even no greetings to guest, they don’t even look at you when they talk to you. They should have more training.

Nice resort, poor service
Service leaves you to believe you’re staying at a hostel. Dinner was okay, selection is very poor, bring your own wine… Lunch is a disaster, food comes whenever staff feels like working. Breakfast is okay, coffee selection is good. Pool is dirty and has sediments inside, surprised we didn’t get sick. ...

A hidden gem. The long-hour travel was totally worth. Staff are extremely friendly, great room, wonderful spa, fulfilling complimentary breakfast, with lots of activities to do at the resort. Wish more speedboat transfer could be arranged per day (only three time slots at the moment)
