A hidden gem. The long-hour travel was totally worth. Staff are extremely friendly, great room, wonderful spa, fulfilling complimentary breakfast, with lots of activities to do at the resort. Wish more speedboat transfer could be arranged per day (only three time slots at the moment)

很 relax, 到市集食飯及 massage 距離不遠。但不太習慣户外的厠所，有蚊叮。逢 Saturday night 有dinner buffet, 有人表演，氣氛幾好。

酒店坐落於山林中,置身其中, 像擁抱著大自然, 環境美不勝收, 我們住的是向海有私家泳池別墅, 大海, 群山儘收眼底, 房間可以打開門直接跳落泳池, 十分舒適, 酒店員工十分友善, 面對每位客人都報以微笑, 酒店有自己海灘, 亦有多個泳池供客人享用,

酒店很赞

酒店环境很好，服务也非常不错。唯一不满意一点是，在预定之前有发过邮件沟通关于接送事宜，但是一直未有回复。直到入住前一天晚上才收件邮件告知。但是之前去往的船票都已经预定好了，结果造成浪费。酒店距离帕岸岛的码头等地很远，从集市区去酒店需要一个小时左右车程，并且山路崎岖。酒店的接送可以直接从酒店海滩上快艇离开，但是只接送苏梅岛过来的游客。进了酒店基本别出门了，适合度假休闲型人士。

It's good to have a private pool!

We stayed at Hideaway Pool Villa Suite for 4 nights, we had a wonderful time there. The room was good but we really enjoyed the private pool and the outdoor bath tub. The spa was expensive but you can go to the village (10 mins walk on the beach from the hotel) for a good and much cheaper massage!

Fabulous view with excellent services

The resort is so huge that you need to take shuttle bus from rooms to restaurant~ Cannot see even one Chinese people~~ Romantic atmosphere and detailed decorations everywhere in the resort bring us a great holiday. Regret for just staying one night...

環境很好，可惜離市區有點遠

物超所值的酒店，所有也一流，可惜食物比較一般，去市區食飯要走過一個長沙灘，整體也很好!值得一住!比蘇梅島的酒店環境寧靜,特別很適合情侶和一家人入住!

Fabulous place to stay! Convenient shuttle that can take you around the resort. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Villa was a dream - clean, spacious and an amazing view. I ended up extending my stay and will definitely be back again!

Although there was a serious tropical storm warning on the 20th July for Koh Phangan/Koh Samui, the hotel did a boat transfer of 19 hotel guests!!! According to the hotel, there should be some rain but the sea should be calm, they said, when I asked hours before leaving with the boat. The boattrip was a pure nightmare, which we only survived with great luck! How could this boattrip be done with a weather forecast, that showed very bad conditions already Hours in advance!!! For 10 days I have now tried to get an explanation from the hotel and an idea, how to avoid such a scenario for the future. Furthermore: there was no safety instructions made and first the employes on the boat, while they laughed, gave me a lifejacket for kids! Most of my questions to the hotel have now purely been ignored. This hotel is unfortunately not at all interested in it’s guests. What a shame Santhiya! If You’re interested just google for „weather Koh Samui on 20th of July 2025“. At that time Santhiya transfered 19 hotel guests with their little speedboat - all other Boat Trips were stopped or cancelled and the Airport was temporarily closed. Only Santhiya didn‘t bother…..

Ich kann die Santhyia Hotelkette im Allgemeinen sehr empfehlen. Der Service, die Anlage, die Zimmer alles ist top. Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Kommt jedoch auch auf den Geschmack an. Das einzige wirkliche Manko ist, dass die Anlagen leider immer sehr abseits gebaut werden und so gut wie nichts drumherum ist.

Beautiful location. Villa with private pool was spectacular with a fabulous view. The main pool was also lovely. The resort is showing signs of wear, some attention needed to maintenance. A few things were not functioning in our room, they were quickly set right -but the suite was clearly not thoroughly checked. The resort tried to nickel and dime us for every little thing though. (Charging us £50 for a "late" check out of only an extra two hours seemed extortionate given occupancy so low and the length and cost of our stay). The management team in reception are not empowered to be flexible it seems. The cost of their excursions, food and transport options were also really high compared to what you will find a short walk down the beach. The food quality was not that great either. We ate outside the resort most of the time. Overall, beautiful place with very friendly staff. Just eat in the town / on the beach and use local options for excursions and transport.

A beautiful resort decorated with traditional Thai woodworking. Beautiful pools and landscaping. Excellent staff. A great place to come and relax. Private beach and pools with waterfalls. Variety of rooms with different views to choose from. It is a large resort and a little spread out but they provide free and efficient shuttle service throughout the property.
