It started off pretty bad, but the management took care of our concerns nicely. Tip: Do not get the lower end rooms, they are awful. The higher end rooms are extraordinary. So are the grounds. But if you come at night, note the parking lot is unlit and a kilometer from the front desk.

Fabulous villa with fire place. Beautiful and scenic hotel. We had a great time playing in the snow. The lounge provided quality food and drinks. If there is more varieties, it will be even better.
