古い温泉街

大地の芸術祭で十日町までいきました。2歳の子供と一緒にいったんですが、オムツのゴミ箱を持って来てくださいました。子供用の浴衣も可愛かったです。 食事の際もイス、食器と準備して頂いてありがたかったです。 女性の従業員さん達の笑顔がとってもよかったです。 機会があればまた 行きたいです。

ゴキブリがいました。 お風呂に蜘蛛の巣があり、 出かける前に取ってとお願いしたが帰ってきてもそのままだった。 花火のため早めの夕飯だったが、 帰ったらおにぎりとスイカが部屋に用意されていたのはとても良かった。

湯冷めしないお風呂と優しい食事

熱めの温泉なので小さい子供がいるときにはなかなか難しかったのですが、子供も大きくなったので夫婦二人でお風呂と季節の山菜を楽しみにして行きました。３階の露天風呂と貸切風呂のお湯はいつまでも冷めずにとてもよかったです。食事は体に優しい内容のように思います。旅ならではのその土地の食材を多く使っていたので舌とともに目も楽しませてもらいました。５０歳台の私たちにとっては頼んだ基本コースは食べ終わってしまえばお腹にもたれることもなくよかったのですが、若いころならもう少しボリュームが欲しいと思ったかもしれません。ただ、コースにはなかったのですが、山菜のてんぷらが食べたかったので、サイドメニューかされていると嬉しいです。朝食はごはんをメインとしたメニューかな？ふだんはあまりごはんを食べない私もついついおかわりしました。もちろん、ごはんはおいしかったです。

源泉かけ流しの露天風呂は適度な湯加減でカラダを芯から温めることが出来ます。館内も暖かく、カラダはポカポカでした。 地元新潟の郷土の食材を中心とした料理は、肉魚をたくさん食べたい若者世代には物足りないと感じることがあるかも知れませんが、山里料理というには趣向を凝らした味覚を愉しむことが出来ます。 館内の設備やアメニティ有無を気にされる方も多いかと思いますが、ものがあるとか無いとかではなく至るところで気が利いてるという印象です。 スタッフの方も然りです。 ただでさえ気が立ってしまう、乳飲み子と2歳児を連れての宿泊でしたが、スタッフ皆さんの気遣いにより穏やかな時を過ごす事が出来ました。

日本三大薬湯の名の通り、すばらしいお湯でした。チェックイン直前に大きなトラブルを起こしてしまったのですが、スタッフさんのご対応、お心遣いに感動しました。 一生忘れられることがない、思い出になりました。

雪山の隠れた名宿

食事も美味しく、従業員の方の心遣いも素敵で温泉も良かったです！ 部屋に露天風呂が付いているタイプの部屋でしたが源泉が流れていたため、非常に熱かったですが、湯もみをしてちょうど良い温度に調整ができます。
