Conveniently & cozy staying for ski since hot spring & shuttle bus station nearby. But lacking of food choice though their breakfast & dinner buffet are delicious.would booking again next time.

Value for money
Fast and easy self check in when we arrived on the 21st Dec. Room is clean with views, we stayed in traditional tatami room type. The hotel should have a regular and frequent bus service even though the ski resort is not open yet so as to convenient the guests who stay there. There is no family mart nearby. The hotel is near to Ishiuchi Maruyama ski Resort (Hatsukaishi entrance) and it's just about 5 mins walk and it's also near to some public onsen. The staff is friendly and can speak very good English.

Bad booking experiense
Overall, I’m dissatisfied with my experiense at this hotel.
In particular, this hotel didn’t approve my date change request, even it was made within the change period.
I requested reducing a night for stay. So that should be refunded.
Allow me to advice to other guests that your booking for this hotel won’t be editable with any reasons.
Second point is almost hotel staff don’t understand neither English nor Japanese. They can speak Chinese only.
The room, lobby, …etc accomdations are clean enough.
Buffet style Breakfast&Dinnerwill be served as options. They are almost Japanese cuisine. The quality of food is not bad. Especially, the rice is very tasty!
It would be great if booking experiense is improved.
