It’s off the strip, so not as crowded. Staff was very friendly and helped us with an issue with the Internet. I feel like this is a hidden find.

I liked that it is a small resort so everything is accessible. Staff very kind and helpful. I certainly didn't like that pool was closed. It was 100° in Vegas and we booked because we wanted to do pool time. This was unacceptable.

Easy parking, dining options, not overcrowded

Nice place. Way expensive. No free breakfast. Didn’t appreciate getting bamboozeled into listening to a 2 1/2 hour timeshare presentation. I guess it is Vegas. And that’s the westgate buisness model. Barry Manilow concert was good.

I'm torn on how I feel about the check in kiosks. Fabulous idea on how quick it is to check in. Ironically, the down side of the kiosk check in is that there's no human to talk to to make sure the room is what you asked for. I requested a room near the elevator, as my travel partner had knee surgery and long walks can be stressful or near impossible if she's having a bad day. We arrived to the 19th floor, and discovered our room was at the FAR END of the hall. There was only ONE ROOM beyond ours! The newly remodeled rooms are quite nice, however. Just wish coffee was available in the room.

The hotel room large and very clean! The staff was polite and helpful. Definitely worth the cost. Parking can be difficult in Las Vegas but they have free valet parking which was so convenient. They had our car ready within minutes and were so helpful with our luggage.

Best place to stay center strip. Great dining options of different levels. Very clean and updated
