Staff was courteous. View was really nice, but there were previous stains in the couch from who knows what that made me not want to sit there and the room was way too hot. It was always 29-31.5 degrees C in there and they said it couldn’t be changed so they offered a portable fan

This is the second time staying here, and we will definitely return. The location is ideal, rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are helpful. It's very easy to travel by bus and metro, and is easy walking distance to Nampo.

Clean room, beautiful expansive view of the city, varied choices for breakfast, excellent staff. Shout out to the young lady in concierge desk who helped us plan our Busan day- Thank you for your patience and practical help including writing down the names in Korean of the places we wished to visit.

Because the hotel is old, there was significant noise from neighboring guests above, below, and next door.
The balcony windows were not properly sealed, allowing strong wind and noise to enter, which resulted in a low level of room satisfaction.
However, the hotel’s prime location directly in front of the ocean and the excellent service provided by the staff were extremely satisfying.

The room faced south and had floor to ceiling windows for a beautiful view of the ocean. The bathroom was spacious with a tub with small TV and separate shower. The toilet/sink was in a separate space. Our room had a small table to sit at and enjoy snacks, coffee, and the view. The room came with a Nespresso with complimentary pods and water. We really enjoyed our stay because of the view and it was easily walkable to some cafes and OliveYoung and Daiso just a block or two away.
