Convenient location and a clean room with a good view. Just keep in mind that the elevators can get crowded in the morning, so planning accordingly would be helpful.

The room was clean but there was a strong smell of mildew coming from the ac unit especially in the master. It says it sleeps 6 but there are only 2 full beds and they give you a mat to sleep in the floor for one person. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of a building so not easy to find. The gym and the pool pictures shown in the Expedia pictures are not included in the hotel. You have to pay extra per person each day you use. It is across the street from the beach a couple of blocks not on the beach. All in all not bad but not what we were expecting. Upon check in they gave us a code for the room it was not working so they finally gave us a key. Not bad but not what we were expecting.

Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. I liked the coin operated laundry. But the hotel has some draw backs. The check in desk is on the 5th floor, but the lobby is on the 1st. It is unstaffed, with escalators out of service, so the guest has to find the elevators and figure out where to go to check in. It should have a sign up front to direct to the right floor. Also, both restaurant and bar seem to be closed at times with no explanation, even during hours of operation. Apparently, this is a new hotel, so, hopefully, these problems will be fixed in the future.

The 3 bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped. The staff was very cordial and accommodating.

Right next to the beautiful clean beach not crowded at all. Extremely clean hotel. We have been to hundreds of 5 star hotels the past 20 years and this hotel Grand Josun Busan has the very best customer service period. If you have a family of 4 you need to book 2 standard rooms with ocean view. The price is very affordable . You will not regret it!!!!

I didn’t give 5 stars for amenities because I did not have time to utilize it on this trip. But overall the location was great. I felt more of a local vibes than a touristy place which I liked.
