South West Division Luxury Vacations

The resort grounds are beautiful but my room was very dirty and unsanitary. Mold in shower and around entire rim of sink. Ground under bed very very very dirty and trash under bed. Lotion container empty. For the exorbitant amount I paid for this room, it was very very unsatisfactory and I did not get the quality i deserved for such an expensive price.

Very relaxing stay and beautiful room accommodations. Staff allowed late check out for a late flight the same day which was extra accommodating

Great location with a lot to do and plenty of restaurants. Perfect for families.

Room is spacious and air-conditioning is comfortable. Many chairs, cupboards and drawers around. The best thing is there's a refillable water dispensing machine at the lift lobby. The floor is not carpet which is good but dusty. Wondering did they clean the floor. Toilet doors are difficult to close.

Such a beautiful place to stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly and we felt so welcomed. The mini fridges in our rooms didnt work and one of the toilets was noisy and kept flushing throughout the night unless we banged on the flusher to stop it. The free shuttle to and from Sentosa was amazing the drivers were always helpful. Ww would definitely recommended Sofitel to friend's and family would stay there again if we come back to Singapore.

Sentosa and the hotel were beautiful.
