Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Felt nice upon arrival with polite attention provided. However room had a faulty toilet flush and aircond was warm. Had a room change at night without problems. Furniture is abit run down but okay as I'm staying for a night. Overall still a good experience as it is just next door to Pavillion Mall and opposite TRX.

Great central location. Friendly and professional staff. Nice rooms and the shower pressure was amazing. Really nice gym, with a lot of equipment and a relaxing pool area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the meals I had at the JP Teres restaurant were excellent. I would for sure stay here again, and I highly recommend.
