JW Marriott Cancun -- a top end property with endless pools, poolside bars, great food, and direct access to the white sand beach. To give you an idea of how thorough the service is -- they employ a falconer to chase away other birds from the pool and beach area. I didn't see one seagull while there. What I especially appreciate is that they don't nickel-and-dime for minor things. Even a basic room -- quite reasonably priced -- gets free water bottles and coffee replaced each day. The bars, restaurants, and shops don't overcharge like other on-prem retailers at other hotels.

Everything was perfect. Jared, our concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated the fact that the room would het cleaned several times a day. The resort also gifted us a small handmade heart to bring home.

Superb Hotel! The Staff went above & beyond to make sure we had an excellent stay & it didn’t go unnoticed! From the food to the rooms to the amenities, I would give it a solid 4.5/5.0 & I’d highly recommend!!!

Very nice location, service was quite good, everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful and tasty but the quality of the room service and pool dining was not very good.
