Actually pictures from the website advertised is not the same when we arrived at the hotel
Breakfast not at the hotel it self, have to go to other hotel to have Breakfast instead and not even good.

The staff ( Leo, Daniel and others) were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help you with everything, including dining, museum and shopping options. When we were leaving on a day trip to ninh binh, Daniel reminded us to take a jacket as it gets cold in that area! The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of options. The hotel is well positioned in the old quarter. We would highly recommend this hotel to other guests. Hope to return one day!!

The staffs’ attitude was excellent, always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Central location so all attractions are within walking distance. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay in Hanoi.

Great location (neat street and not far from night market), seemed ok for the amount I paid (not as good as the picture). Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of outside noise but I guess that Ha Noi all over
