Staff courteous , could use a little upgrade ( furniture etc). Onsen excellent, breakfast very good, could use some broader choices. Must specify on the website that skiing at Niseko Village, Grand Hiarfu, there is NO free shuttle offered by the hotel

The breakfast and the entire property was absolutely beautiful!! Convenient that the shuttle brings you to the mountain. The kitchen staff for the breakfast was great and also appreciate the ski concierge desk.
My only complaint is that we had an occurrence where we were laying down in our room and our door randomly opened and quickly shut. Someone clearly had access to our room which was unsettling and we never heard more after complaining to the staff.
Our only other complaint is that sometimes the staff didn't have a sense of urgency or left the customer to take care of things themselves. We needed to return our skis to Rhythm and they would not take us in the shuttle to return everything and also were not looking to help us in any regard for that manner. I think the staff could use more proper training on how to handle client inquiries and situations like someone accessing our room. Otherwise, gorgeous hotel and wonderful onsen. Overall would come back here especially when the price is right.

Very good service. Facilities were great. Room was spacious. It was a little bit longer to walk to the hotel. There were 4,5 APA hotels near by and it was confusing to find the right one.
