"The hotel has a very traditional and warm feel. Although there's no elevator, it still feels great. Beautiful setting and easy parking, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. It was good value for money and a very pleasant stay."

Very, very good, also value for money
"Very service minded personnel, the apartments were big and clean, perfect with indoor parking with direct indoor connection to the apartment. Swimmin pool was very good with extra bonus of mountain views. Highly recommend Havsdalsgrenda whatever season."

Nice stop over place in the summer.
"Lovely little town we stayed in on the way back to Oslo from Bergen. There are some nice lake-side walks out the back of the hotel complete with English translated info plaques. We didn't get a chance to check out the bakery, which seemed like a highlight. The food in the restaurant was good, but ..."
