Good room, great view.

화장실에 양치컵이 없고, 안방 화장실 샤워부스 문 맨밑에 물막이가 없어 샤워물이 바깥으로 넘어가서 수건을 깔아야 했어요. 커피메이커가 없어요. 참고해주세요.

The name of the location was a bit confusing and hard for our taxi driver to get to from the train station. When we booked the accommodation it was noted as NEWCZ LT Residence. However, we were told by a tour guide that it was known as Grand LCT Residence. The address we were given also did not pull up in Naver. Had we said it was beside the Signiel Busan hotel it would have made it easier to locate for our driver. We were a family of 5 and stayed in the Ocean Corner Suite (3 room, Mipo Harbour View). The view did not disappoint. We were high enough (65th FL) overlooking the Haeundae beach-the view was breathtaking. We had originally planned to check out the Busan X Sky, but with where we stayed and the view, there was no need to attend the X Sky. Our suite faced north, east and west so we got to view the sun rise in the morning and set in the evening. There were 3 bathrooms (2 of which were ensuites). The suite had plenty of space - more than we needed. There was a laundry room within the suite which made it convenient and came with a sink. You only had to supply the detergent. The host was very attentive to our needs, which was communicated via WhatsApp messaging. The only difficulty we found was that we wished there were more English instructions. Papago could only translate so much in trying to figure out how to use the tv/projector and washer/dryer. Would have also been nice if the host came up to the suite for an introductory. Overall, one of the highlights of our visit

We stayed 8 nights and had the best experience! The staff was kind and helpful with any recommendations including when my daughter got sick and needed to see doctor. The room was always clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 3 adults. We also enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffet when we needed a quick easy meal and didn’t want to go out. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone! It was a great location in walking distance to everything!

Great place to stay in Busan, near the Metro line and the like that gets you to Gimhae Airport. Rooms are big and clean. There is a convenience store outside.

Some staff don't speak English well. The room was somewhat clean, although there was some debris on the sofa, and a soap envelope behind the sink. Bedding was clean. Some previous guest smoked in the toilet room, it had a lingering cigarette smell. In general OK.
