The only problems with the Hitel is that the gym is too small. Also the name has a problem because all the taxis i booked took me to Sukhumvik (even after showing on maps my address) which is 30 minutes away. Thats an hour total. Happened 3 times. Very annoying and expensive.

Nice pool , great view, plenty of local restaurants and places to go, 5 minutes walk to BTS, very decent breakfast

Hotel has gone old and needs refurbishment!

An excellent hotel. Loved the outdoor pool and seating area. Nice sized room with a balcony. the promenade is right on the river. Easy access to ICONSIAM and boats ( “bus” boat linking you to the main sights or the Hop on Hop Off). The breakfast was excellent with wonderful Thai dishes as well as European and American dishes. I'd definitely stay here the next time I’m in Bangkok.

Beautiful, clean rooms with an amazing view of the city! Great central location with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, cafes and there is a 7-11 and Starbucks attached to the hotel - so convenient! The all you can eat breakfast buffet was so plentiful and the hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend and would for sure stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok!

Counter Staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean even the porter are all so friendly.

Great hotel with awesome staff. The property is clean and very well maintained. The only downside was the elevator—one was under construction, leaving just one working, and the stairway was hard to find.

We had a car and it was great that the hotel had it's own private secure car park
