Very comfortable and clean!

Only bad was the strike outside the hotel

Very nice property with easy access to shopping.

Overall the hotel is quiet and clean close to subway and bus. I went during summer time the AC is not cool enough when you first return to the room. They did offer to send in a fan to help cool me down.

The location is amazing, right outside the train station. Breakfast is definitely worth the money. The staff here is excellent, especially Songmin Choi. She was very helpful, and her English is great, making communication super easy. She has excellent customer service skills and made me feel like I was staying in a five-star hotel.

The room was beautiful and luxurious with a nice view of the mountains. Situated close to a subway station. The Groceria on the ground floor (restaurant) had good lunch food. However the bathroom in our room smelled bad.

Clean room & so kind Staff!

Nice up on a some what steep hill. Has nice views and traditional Korean architecture next door. Not easy to walk around and shop unless you go to their stores located in and around hotel. But rooms, staff and rest is exceptional.

The hotel is older but spacious compared to other newer hotels nearby. Staff are nice and friendly, bur the room cleaning could be improved.

reception is 24/7 and super friendly, the place is also conveniently located and has all the necessities you need - highly recommend!

The hotel was smack bang in the middle of the action in Myeongdong. Only a 5-7min walk from the station so everything (attractions) are easily accessible. Staff were great, polite, helpful, the hotel was clean and new towels every day. The only negative was that the room was a tight squeeze and I do mean that literally.
