Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping.

Room was very nice. Clean. Dinner at the restaurant was Amazing! Perfect last meal for my stay here. I was allowed to check out a little late. Very appreciative for that.

Not much of a complaint of the room which we’re in. It’s on a high floor (16F) with a view overlooking the city whereby the famous Lisboa Hotel was right in front. But it’s just that it’s kind of noisy day and night. Not sure was it due to construction or maintenance on the floor directly above. Since it’s just a night stay for us, so we didn’t care much. What was worth to mention here was the friendly staff at the lobby and the concierge. They’ve been assisting us for quite a bit with the public transportation as well as the local payment system, and we wanted to send our appreciation to them.

Very attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional-early check-in, concierge services and booking an amazing dinner at a local Portuguese Restaurant Baia/Cafe Lisboa. A 5 star hotel in every sense of the word. We look forward to returning to this magnificent property.

Property was clean, rooms had good amenities and a quiet environment. Good shopping within walking distance of hotel.
