C’est la deuxième fois que je vais dans cet hôtel et le service est toujours aussi courtois et impeccable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé entre deux stations de métro, il y a des konbinis et des restaurants partout autour.

Everything was taken care of

Location is great and overall staff is amazing, typical of any Mitsui Garden, however the first agent wanted to charge me 2000¥ to check-in 56 minutes prior to the standard 3pm, so that kinda started the experience with a negative vibe, fast forward 3pm checked in a room that had a very strong smell of cigarette, and this is where their customer service shined, within 10 minutes room was changed and all our luggage’s moved in by a really nice agent. Hotel is nice from the outside and is located in a lovely area but the rooms are OLD, the bathroom/tub area was good but OLD; and I mean yellow-turning plastic. Also, the hotel uses central air so pray no one smokes in the rooms next to you! The most negative aspect of the hotel was the onsen, and this is where the hotel could invest and renovate that specific area because it feels dingy and outdated, bringing almost an unsanitary vibe. I think if the check-in process and the initial room assignment were skipped I would have given this hotel 4 stars out of 5 because the onsen was the a major reason as to why I’ve booked this hotel specifically.

Breakfast at the viking village was amazing you must go. Rooms are small but the place is maintained very well for how old the building is. The staff is so sweet and helped us with our luggage. We checked in really late and didn't get to use room service since last order is 11:30pm
