The hotel is old but the rooms are spacious. The airport and town shuttles are convenient but can get crowded at certain times of the day. The restaurant was never open the whole 3 nights of our stay. The AC is controller is attached to the nightstand, which can be confusing because there is a thermostat on the wall. Also, the shower seems to not drain very well.

Great location as we had a great view of the building behind us for the light show each night, was also easy access to train. We ate at the buffet one night and it was great my three kids really enjoyed it and I would highly recommend the Japanese hamburger via room service..it might be the best burger I’ve ever had. 7-11 in the building huge plus as well. Rooms were great for my family of 5 even if we needed 2 rooms. Highly recommend this hotel.

The family room with 4 futons was nice and clean. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Will definitely stay again if we need to transit in Tokyo again.

Really nice hotel with great staff and a really good location in Shinjuku. The fact that the airport bus drops you off right in front of the hotel was awesome after 22 hours of traveling.
