Las Vegas Cheap Vacations

I believe this is a great hotel. But the big problemt is there is not help available over the phone. I felt like once you get the room you are on your own. The virtual agent Rita is not helpfull at all. I believe she takes the messages but no one listen to the Rita. My safe deposit box was not working, I talked to virtual agent Rita over the phone but did not receive any help. I had to go in line stand Two times. It took more than Four hours to solve the issue. Because of this I became late goig to my show. Everything is great this is the big problem and should fix it. The room was very good and spacious. Yes I will return but in a hope the Rita and employees would take care of guest properly.

I enjoyed my stay at Westgate. My room (double beds) was clean. The Bell desk was very kind to hold my luggage even after check out (I had a late flight out). Furthermore, the monorail has a stop at Westgate which is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Property is a little dated, but very comfortable. Loved the Coffee Shop for breakfast. Proximity to the Venetian and shopping is great. Will gladly stay there again…

Great lobby and location. Loved that each floor needed key access which made it feel secure. There were great restaurant options to choose from, although I wish they had more vegan and vegetarian options. The asian restaurant had no vegetarian options which was somewhat surprising. I would say they need to tend to peoples dietary needs more. Other than that, it was a busy hotel and well maintained. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was great! It did get loud on the weekend so be prepared for outdoor concerts, the rooms did not have much sound proofing in the tower we were in.
