Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping.

Room was spotless. The staff was wonderful especially our housekeeper who was just a delightfully lovely person. Hotel is the true 5 star destination. The whole facility was amazing.
