Good location very nice staff

New hotel, clean and quiet room. Staff. Including trainee staff, restaurant waiters and waitresses, very friendly and considerate. Location is absolutely convenience, you can’t complaint a hotel which stations at the heart of the shopping area and at the same time on the top of the subway station.

因之前颱風而冇去呢間酒店今次第一次去福岡再選擇返呢一間酒店，去到都有啲失望😞酒店房門口位置頂上出風口罩突然掉咗下來，回來返酒店房開門時＇開不到要找酒店人員問點解都答唔到？之後都肯幫我換房 處理都好快，同附近交通都方便

服務態度特別好，從入住那一刻開始，前台人員就非常親切有禮，笑容滿滿，check-in 超快，還主動幫我們介紹酒店設施。無論是服務生、客房清潔，大家都很有耐心、態度溫暖，隨時都能感受到被細心照顧的感覺，完全沒有冷冰冰的制式服務。 環境非常清幽，位在市區卻一點都不吵， 設施相當齊全，整體來說CP值高，服務、環境、設施、三個願望一次滿足，下次有機會一定會再入住！

面公園，大廳很美，房間算大間、美又乾淨，早餐很有質感，只是離福岡車站稍走一下，約7～8分鐘，值得。

房間空間大, 有簡單既廚具, 好啱家庭入住。不過離博多站比較遠, 走路要十幾分鐘, 另外是自助入住, 所以check out 後冇得暫存行李, 其他整體滿意
