The rooms are small, but kept very clean. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The air conditioning worked quite well, though it struggled a little in the heat of the day and got a bit cold at night.

The Concierge was exceptional! I wish we had gotten his name. My husband thought he lost his wallet coming through immigration at the cruise port. The concierge called to inquire. Then he called the taxi that we rode in from the port to the hotel. It was found.
Then he arranged to store our luggage and secure a limo taxi for the ride to the airport. We gave him a US gold plated coin to show our appreciation. You are lucky to have him.
