Place was great minus the firm mattress

In-unit washer/dryer was extremely convenient. Staff spoke fluent English so that was a plus. Location is in between 3 metro lines as well and 15 minute walk to Tokyo station. Only real ‘complaint’ if any was that I wished the cleaning staff automatically replenishes the. Title water daily while cleaning the room without having to ask the front desk daily.

Very relaxing place for families. Really approachable staffs. Everyone can speak english. Hassle free check in and out

Lovely staff and a clean studio apartment style room. It is well-situated near the Tokyo Tower and there are several convenience stores nearby.

The are 2 grocery stores that are close by, very good prices. The train station is nearby as well. We enjoyed our stay at this property, it was clean, comfortable and very convenient.

It is a good hotel, customer service is excellent, food is amazing, hot springs (both indoor and outdoor), sauna and steam room and swimming pool are great. We will come back on our next trip to Tokyo.

Clean, private, secure, spacious, very polite staff, and about a 10 minute walk from Ueno station. Highly recommended.
