"Its just not what it used to be. When the property was the Royal it was great and deserving of its 5 stars. Then Hilton took over and cheapened the experience. Suddenly things cost extra, everything was less inclusive. Now that Hyatt took over its even worse. The liquor and food quality has dropped. ..."
