The cleanliness the staff are all incredible, so helpful they go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. the room is clean and spacious; breakfast is delicious and very convenient the best place to stay.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, very friendly and welcoming. One staff member walked us 500m down the road to show us a massage place and other shops. Highly recommended them. Rooms could have been a little cleaner but still the cleanliness was 8 out of 10

We were staying in river view rooms, the interior design is world class with quartz stone finished, clean bed and towels. Room size is huge and feel better than a 5 stars hotel. The location is great, near metro, long-haul buses. Not far from Beijing Road. I will definately stay here again.

The stay was wonderful overall. What stood out the most was the exceptional cleanliness of the room, along with the friendly and professional staff who were always helpful and responsive. The amenities were well maintained and very comfortable, which made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish.

Hotel housekeeping was excellent. Especially Cathy, Miho and Maureen. Had no issues with the room being kept clean and laundry done and returned in timely manner.
