Excellent service & friendly staff. Breakfast with delicious food and the lady named "Mimi" who was very helpful as my son is a bit picky on food. Rooms were nicely cleaned. And of course the Hotel Manager Jimmy who was been very helpful in giving us all info where to visit, from day 1 until we checked out. Overall The Hanoi Signature Hotel is highly recommended.

Cindy, John, Bob(pop?) May, Rosie, everyone is so helpful. Amazing and so accommodating. They help me with anything I need, snacks and drinks and extra towel. Even after my checkout, they allowed me to leave my luggage and use a shower before leaving for the airport. phenomenal hotel I wish every hotel was like this.

The deluxe room was very comfortable. The bed felt amazing. The staff was very welcoming, professional and also will to help. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty. It was very nice to come back to AC in the lobby and room. I would highly recommend this place to stay.
