Great service, great location, well equipped room.

The whole stay was sort of up and down. The room initially had a contact lens on the bathroom counter, indicating that the cleaning before we checked in was not particularly thorough. The front desk staff seemed somewhat nonplussed about this. The beds were quite comfortable. We had a two king size bed suite and there was shockingly little storage space for the three of us. We ended up having to lie our suitcases on the ground and sort of live out of them during the time of that we were there. There was some minimal drawer space of one drawer and closet space but that would not have been enough for any of us individually. The hotel seems to have gone for style over substance. I found the music in the lobby to be somewhat overwhelming. I wish it had been more calming as opposed to some sort of house dance music. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and satisfying so that was a positive.

It’s our second time here and we are still impressed. Started with the check in, very smooth and 2 friendly and helpful guys ( Cameron and sorry i didn’t get the name of the second person) at the reception. Celebrating a birthday and we were surprised with a birthday card and a cake. We had a 2 bedrooms suites and it’s very comfortable and spacious. Relaxing at the pool and jacuzzi and not to forget very well situated. Everyone was very happy and we will be back for sure.

Great location, great rooms, great shower. Only detractor from 5 star review was odd room cleaning times meaning our room wasn’t serviced between 12-4pm for 2 out of 4 days. First world problem. Still remains my go to hotel in Melbourne and look forward to returning.

False advertising, not soundproof and rather dusty. Service was amazing, amenities were great, room was clean to the eye from afar, but absolutely covered in dust. Room was advertised as soundproof on expedia, we could clearly hear children next door most pf the evening which drastically impacted the reason we booked the room in the first place.
