Situated right on the beach, this hotel is obviously on the older side, but still offers great value for money. Its outdoor pool actually looks and feels very new and fresh, and the sunset view is second to none. Great shopping and dining areas are well within walking distance.

Beautiful ocean front balcony room. Just outdated. The water pressure keeps on changing and you hear a noise when changing water temperature. The balcony and outside building needs pressure wash.

Great place and very spacious room. Our only issue was that water leaked out of the shower making the floor wet. The thermostat directions didn’t match the thermostat in our room. Staff was super friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Wonderful pools with lots of chairs to sit in. I would definitely come to this hotel again when we come to Guam. Airport shuttle from hotel to airport a whopping $100 (no thank you). They didn’t respond to any of my emails via Expedia however they were able to accommodate my request when I got to the front desk.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air con was working good.

The bed was the best part. But you can tell that the hotel is not a priority for the company that owns it. Little things need attention. The area in general has seen better days and I’m not sure if better days are ahead either.
