"Easy fast check in. Staff are polite. Clean big room. Beachfront property, easy access to the beach. The beach is a nice walk from the hotel, but not powdery sand. It has stones and rocks. Great location, near food and shopping. Great Cafe inside the hotel for small bites and not too expensive. Overall, I had a relaxing stay and would stay agai."

"Staff were quick to respond to requests. Connection Issue with in-room phones. Rooftop bar is permanently closed, which is a disappointment. It was our favorite spot to order drinks & appetizers & watch the sunsets. I hope they reopen it."

"Staff were excellent. The phone in the room wasn’t working and the staff had it fixed within 20 minutes. I was a little disappointed that the room did not have a mini fridge but a chiller. The dusit app did mention the room would have a mini fridge. The room could use a touch up. A section of the wall paper was peeling. One of the window panels was stuck so I couldn’t open it. The buttons for the window shade would fall off whenever I touched it. There was a random part of the shower that was just left in the shower. The room was really nice. The bed was comfy."

"Affordable stay for late arrival in Guam I needed a budget-friendly hotel after arriving late at night in Guam. The suite had four beds, which was spacious and inexpensive—great value overall. The bathroom and facilities were somewhat old, but considering the price, I thought it was excellent. However, the bathroom floor was a bit slippery, so caution is needed. The swimming pool was small but fairly deep, making it good for morning exercise. Still, families with young children should be careful, as the depth exceeds an adult’s height. There was no safety guard or towel service provided. Since the ocean is right next to the hotel, playing in the sea is probably the better option."
