グアム自体、雨季のせいか至る所に虫が発生。ホテル内も小さい茶色い虫が多数這ってました。 紅茶のティーバッグに前の客の食べかす的なものがついたままだったり、2人で宿泊するのにスプーンが一本だったり、アメニティやタオルの補充もEコンシェルジュから頼まないと清掃時に補充はないようでした。 プールの監視員、タオル係などはとても丁寧で優しく声かけて下さいましたが、夜間のチェックイン、チェックアウトの担当者は、外国では当たり前の感じなんでしょうが、ややぶっきらぼうに感じました。 サイパンでも利用してますが、同じクラウンプラザでも、サービスの程度は違うんだなと感じました。

旅行前から何度もメッセージで質問しましたが、いつも丁寧に回答していただきました。 当初、海が見えない部屋で予約しましたが オーシャンフロントの部屋にしてくださいました。 焼きマシュマロを食べたり、無料カヤックやサップ体験、シャボン玉で遊んだりとスタッフさんとのイベントがホテル内でたくさんあるので、外のお出かけや海遊びに疲れたなってときに楽しめました！ 日本人スタッフの秋間さん、山根さんにはお世話になりました。 特に秋間さんには本当に親切にしていただき、至れり尽くせりの対応に感謝しております。支配人自ら現場に常にいて、お客さんとコミュニケーションを取ったり、イベントも盛り上げていて素敵な方です。 インフィニティプールでもたくさん写真を撮って本当にすべて良い思い出になりましした！ またグアムに行くなら、クラウンプラザ一択です。

Easy fast check in. Staff are polite. Clean big room. Beachfront property, easy access to the beach. The beach is a nice walk from the hotel, but not powdery sand. It has stones and rocks. Great location, near food and shopping. Great Cafe inside the hotel for small bites and not too expensive. Overall, I had a relaxing stay and would stay agai.

We had an awesome stay at the Crowne Plaza in Guam! Everything about the experience was wonderful, from the beautiful property and comfortable accommodations to the friendly service and overall atmosphere. Everything was wonderful except the lack of beach access which I understand due to recent storms. But it seems you could come with a temporary solution. Also the laundry room could use a little more attention as there are so many contractors staying there and it was in a very sad state most of the time. I was just down the hall and walked by often. Most people don’t clean up after themselves as they should. And the cleaning staff seemed to ignore it. I saw the same trash in the floor 2 days in a row.

１歳の子供を連れて初めての飛行機での旅行ということで、空港からも近く、海も穏やかで子供向けであったこちらのホテルを選びました。 ただ、猛烈な台風到来直後に到着したため、木が倒壊したり海も荒れたりしていました。最初の３日間はプールには入れないとのことでしたが、スタッフの方々のご尽力もあり２日目の夕方にはインフィニティプールに入ることができました。娘も初めてのプールをとても喜んでいました。 周囲のお店では電気系統に影響が出ていたため、閉店しているお店もあり、当初思い描いたような過ごし方は難しかったのですが、その中でも、ホテル内でライブを開催いただく等、できる限りのおもてなしをしてくださりました。 また、子連れ旅行ということもあって、リゾート感溢れるホテルでゆっくりできた時間はとてもよく、結果オーライだったと思っています。 初めての旅行ということで、贅沢にジュニアスイートのお部屋に宿泊したのですが、無条件で付加される『クラブエクスペリエンス』の特権が素晴らしかったです。本来1000円近く（円安の影響もあります）するジュース類やコーヒー類を好きな時に好きな場所で無料で飲めますし、５時～７時はハッピーアワーでアルコールも飲み放題でした。それぞれ種類も多数あるので全く飽きませんし、アメリカンサイズで量も大満足でした。 また、アルコールと一緒に頼めるフードも、毎日違うバリエーションでお洒落でとても美味しかったのでおすすめです。 そして、総支配人の方が毎日ロビー等に顔を出してくださっていて、現状や周囲のお店の情報も詳しく教えてくださりました。私たちの顔も覚えて声をかけてくださり、毎日ゲストのことを気にかけていらっしゃることが分かり大変安心できました。 スタッフの皆さんも、積極的に子供に声をかけて可愛がってくださったのも嬉しかったです。 台風もあり心配な中でしたが、子供にとっても私たちにとっても良い思い出になりました。本当にありがとうございました。

We had nothing but problems during our stay. We had to call them because our safe didn’t work. It took four attempts before they could fix our safe in. It lasted over for our five days. But that is not the worst, during our stay, the air conditioning didn’t work. I had to call them several times to repair it. Finally, I insisted that they change our room, but it was four days of no AC before they switched our room. The breakfast they provide is adequate, but that is all that I can say. We had to eat out for breakfast several times because the food was not very good at the hotel.

The view was gorgeous from our balcony! The pool and beach area was very lovely and convenient. The beds were comfortable, we didn’t hear any other guests and blackout curtains are amazing. I thought breakfast was solid but preferred breakfast at TuRu Cafe up the road a few minutes. I’d stay again!!
