Kyushu and Okinawa Adventure Vacations

Great in hotel shops, food & pastries. Great breakfast buffet. They even had outside vendors come in. We really enjoyed most everything there. Major problem we had was the mattresses were terrible. Basically a spring frame with a half inch of material on it so you could feel the springs in it. They gotta change the mattresses. Then the a/c went out @ midnight. Didn’t have it checked since we were checking out. Also we got massages there. Different than a western massage. You keep your clothes on & they do pressure points. I thought it was still good but the others in the group didn’t enjoy it as much.

I adored this hotel. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and luxurious. When I stayed there, the tides were quite low, so the swimming area was too shallow to swim. But the beach was well tended and beautiful. And the pool area was lovely. My only criticism would be that the carpets in the common area were all stained and sad looking. Otherwise, I was very happy to stay in this hotel.

They gave me coupons so I used them to pay for parking. Valet parking is definitely a plus. Also walking distance to kokusa dori shopping street and many good restaurants. Recommend this lovely hotel to coworkers as well.
