This is not a resort. It’s a motel. With bed bugs at that. Had to leave in the middle of the night and front desk didn’t even bat an eye when we told them about the bed bugs so they clearly know it’s an issue. Save yourself the headache and find another place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, they have a great communication system through txt and they are very responsive! Unfortunately, the room was not in the best condition, the kitchen outlet was not working. I also noticed mold in one of the pillow cases.

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, ...
