Had to pay for a refrigerator for my meds ! Took 5 hours to get one. No coffee in the room ! Really ? What would it take to put a small coffee maker in the room. Room wasn't clean. Supposed to be a new room, but it looked tired.

The rooms were clean. The staff were always helpful. My husband was extremely impressed with George. He kept the men’s restroom in tip top shape. Buffet had fresh food and staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Had a great time, we were golfing so didnt see the pool. The prices were pretty ridiculous on site, booze, coffee etc so we left to eat elsewhere other than Gordon Ramsay burger.

I really liked the hotel, the atmosphere, and the fact that the tower is also there is a big plus. The only downside is that the hotel is a little far from the Strip and the bus rides can sometimes be a bit long, but otherwise I recommend this hotel.
