A great property, close to everything, super clean. The staff were great and check-in was very quick and easy process.

I have been coming to Bangkok for over 30 years and have stayed in many 5 star hotels. Anantara is the BEST---not just because of its location and facilities and food but thier staff is incredible---ever helpful and always smiling. I can't wait to return.

This hotel is very family, friendly, and very exquisite to stay at. The hotel, very beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The staff helped us book trips, make dinner reservations and provided our transportation. Always helpful always kind. Our room the entire hotel, very clean. I will say the only thing I didn’t care for so much was the lobster buffet. I found the lobster bland. I will say the breakfast buffet was outstanding. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants. My favorite restaurant was the Thai food. My least favorite was the Italian restaurant because I found the staff a little unhelpful in that particular location. This hotel also provides laundry service. They washed our clothes and packaged them in plastic packaging and they looked like brand new clothing. The price is also very reasonable. I also found that this hotel is very safe and they monitor the elevators and I really appreciate that. All hotels should do this.

Staff were very helpful, pool is tropical and quite beautiful, bar and restaurant food was good as well. Location worked well for Asiatique with easy free boat service below the BTS. Also BTS is next door and only three stops away from the glass walk at top of King Power.
