Bad smell, water in room, good leisure activities

Unfortunately, may stay was not great. The room itself is very basic, beton floor. The room smelled like old water and mold and on the third day water was leaking from the ceiling. The team did nothing about it other than spraying room spray. They did not offer another room or any compensation for the inconvenience. You could also hear every sound from the neeigbouring rooms. Some of the staff speaks very poor english. That being said, the bed was comfortable, the massages and yoga classes were great and the hotel offers many activities and a free hourly shuttle to different beaches that you can order to pick you up via whatsapp.

Being a solo traveller I booked the cheapest room, I got room 8, and it was noisy! I didn't realise that being solo meant I wasn't allowed peace and quiet. The room shared a wall with the entrance and cafe - which meant being woken up from 5 am onwards from staff arriving, coffee being made, and furniture being moved. They did move me to a nicer room after I complained - but both rooms smelled of mold and facilities needed an update. Shower was out of hot water by the evenings. Then the live music on Weds nights, super loud, people singing Sweet Caroline at the top of their lung. Bizarre for a yoga place, and reminded me how much I hate pub cover bands. The location is tough too, up such as steep hill that its unwalkable. You must use their shuttle, so there goes carefree holiday vibes. Lastly, you pay, pay and pay. You pay for the room which isn't cheap, you pay for the the food, drinks, classes and tours - and it's all very expensive. Ouch. On the last evening I was there I got a text saying they had found stains on my towels and may charge me if they can't get them out. It was light coffee and basic make up, very washable. I'd never had this type of warning from a hotel before for such a minor thing. After that text I was wondering if I should shower or touch anything at the risk of getting extra charges. The staff, once I complained about things were lovely and professional, but why couldn't they see these issues BEFORE I had to complain about them.

Amazing host

Booked this hotel last minute as we decided to go to Phuket earlier than planned. Host was very nice and such an amazing reception. Hotel is not 5 star but service is 5 star.

Below average service…

The location is far from ideal, you’re really dependent on the shuttle service that only runs once every hour. The weight of my rating is around service, where I wanted to take with me a piece of fruit I grabbed at breakfast and my free water in the room. They wanted to charge me for both items, saying I cannot take a glass bottle because they have to return it and that I cannot eat fruit outside of breakfast hours for free. This was a first for me, despite traveling to other hotels all throughout Thailand. It’s less about the cost of buying these items on my own and more about the lack of empathy from people in the service industry. For me to post a negative review means something since I’m not active with reviews :)

Sauberes Zimmer, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Viele Möglichkeiten optionale Angebote wahrzunehmen. Frühstück ist gut, wenn auch Verhältnismäßig teuer. Essen im zugehörigen Restaurant allgemein zu empfehlen, auch mit vielen veganen Optionen. Einziges Manko sind die sehr hellhörigen Zimmer, man hört jedes Wort.

Liker du og høre naboen prate og puste er dette plassen for deg ! Privat , nope !! En spinkel dør mellom rommene gir ikke noet privat liv ...dørren kunne like godt vært fjernet! Balkongen var heller ikke brukandes da det foregikk joga og andre økter rett utenfor balkongen , noen ganger lange pass ! Valgte hotel utifra beliggenheten , langt fra veier og støy ..men fikk lite ro ! Noe dem burde ha opplyst om , er denne treningen di driver med rett utenfor balkongen , og mangelen på stillhet.

Yoga, stille, rolig og herlig hotel

Kjempefint hotel i Kata hills. Gratis shuttle til stranden hver dag når det passer deg. De har restaurant med veldig god mat, også om man er veganer. Rett i nærheten av Big Buddha-statuen, og restauranten Santosa, som er veldig bra! Herlig basseng, service og vi har hatt et herlig opphold. Ps: siden hoteller ligger i Kata hills er man avhengig av shuttle eller taxi for å komme seg til strand og restaurant-gater. Ps2: hotellet arrangerer utflukter hver dag, og har yogaklasser på taket hver morgen og kveld.

A very pleasant stay at cc hideaway hotel. It is at a quiet side of the island yet just mins away from keta beach. The hotel staff and yoga teachers are wonderful making our holiday a relaxing and memorable one. Highly recommended!

Nice rooms. Difficult to get anywhere else.

The hotel itself is great - lovely rooms with nice pool and activities available. The staff are friendly and the yoga instructors are good. Unfortunately the shuttle service is a mess, making it very hard to explore the local area. Taxis refuse to go there as well because of the hill. The food and drinks are considerably overpriced. We had a transfer to the bus station arranged after our stay and they took us to the wrong station (insisting it was the right one despite our protestations) which causes significant delays in getting to our next destination. If you want to stay at your hotel all day and just use the pool this is the place for you. If you want to explore or even just go out to eat it is not easy to do from here.

Beautiful intimate hotel a few minutes away from Kata beach. Extremely lovely staff and great yoga sessions

スタッフが覚えてくれて、ヨガ、レセプション、レストラン全ての場所で笑顔で応対してくれます。掃除も行き届き、部屋はとても清潔で過ごしやすいです。静かで自然の中でゆっくりできます。ビーチまではシャトルバスがあり不便は感じません。朝食もヘルシーでバランス良く、とても美味しいです。

**THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN PHUKET** I would 100% recommend CC's Hideaway to anyone! We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The room and facilities were absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. I loved that CC's was tucked away in the hills - it felt more intimate and the views were incredible. It's also extremely close to the trailhead up to Big Bhudda. We hiked it twice during our stay! Even though it was farther away from the main attractions of Karon and Kata, they provide free shuttle service to a lot of different points in town. That was very convenient. The very best part about CC's was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. We had a lot of unique travel accommodations that needed to be made, and they handled them with ease. I will not think twice about staying at CC's again when we come back to Phuket.
