A wonderful hotel - staff are lovely, facilities are great and the location is convenient for main shops and restaurants. The hotel runs a handy shuttle service to the two local beaches and can advise on transfers. I’m a solo traveller and felt well looked after - thank you!

I stayed here briefly while in town for work, and it was a very pleasant experience. The place is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after long days. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always welcoming and attentive despite my short stay. A lovely touch was receiving a small souvenir at the end of my stay, which really showed their thoughtfulness. Overall, it’s a comfortable and relaxing place with warm hospitality, and I would happily stay here again.

The Navatara was exactly what we were hoping it would be, a small quiet hotel where we could relax by the pool while being able to explore the area by car away from the madness of some other areas. It is nicely located just a short walk up from Rawai beach so you can go out for an evening meal without the need for a taxi. The room was clean and decorated in a traditional style with solid teak furniture and handmade elements. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. If we ever come back to Phuket we will definitely stay here again.

What a great stay! We had a great room overlooking the garden and pool, clean with a great shower, bathroom and everything, including a bag with towels to take down to the pool and nice robes. Staff can't do enough for you, Nan, Anita, Lak were so helpful and professional and Benz at breakfast was lovely everyday. We loved breakfast, especially the pineapple and banana pancakes and the made to order eggs and coffee, including iced coffee. The pool is open all night, which I've never seen but appreciated. I wanted a hotel away from busy Patong, but still close enough to go and experience it, which we did. Lastly, there were free morning shuttles to popular beaches like Nai Harn beach and an evening shuttle to a popular viewpoint. Great hotel!! I would totally return.

Fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. As well as this, there were many FREE shuttle buses every day to beaches and viewpoints. I would highly recommend staying here!

Small but well equipped hotel close to town with very friendly helpful staff. Front desk, restaurant and housekeeping all did a great service and made for a a wonderful visit. Recommend getting a pool front room! Easy walk to the beach front restaurants.
