Our aircon in the room was leaking and leaving a puddle on the floor right between the main room and the bathroom. This was a hazard as we slipped and could have been hurt. We had to lay towels on the floor to soak up the water.

The gardens were excellent & clean, staff were amazing, check in & out were hassle free, the rooms were big and spacious. I couldn’t fault anyone or anything, we travelled with our children their husband and wife and also 6 grandchildren and they had a ball. I would recommend this hotel anytime and will definitely return.

It is was our 1st trip to Bali with a child (nearly 3 years old) so it’s a very different trip to usual. But the hotel was perfect, fun for everyone. Great amenities, staff etc. Location is also good, plenty around it but also pretty chill for Kuta.

とても良いホテルでしたが、ひとつだけ悲しい事実が・・・
"ジョグジャベイウオーターパークに行くので１泊しました、トランスジョグジャのロッテモールのバス停からタクシーで行きました。（２万Ｒｐくらいです）ウオーターパークのスタッフに場所を尋ねたのですが、誰もわからず、ネットで調べてもらい場所が判明しました。歩いて５分くらいです。周囲にはレストランもあります。観光客も全くいないので、ローカルな雰囲気が好きな方にはお勧めです。ホテルは以前は流行っていたんだろうな、という感じで古くてあちこち傷んだところもありますが、スタッフは親切だし、エアコン、シャワーも快適でした。ただ一つ残念なことは、このホテルに泊まると絶対にビールは飲めない、というのは保証します。"
